About ROL

Resource Options Limited (ROL) is a Limited Liability Company registered in Jamaica. The Company has been operational since September 2001 and is engaged in offering a variety of business solutions and support services to clients.

ROL currently has ten full time employees and employs other professionals on a part-time/contractual basis and over 200 contract personnel assigned to client companies. The company also employs professionals and consultants on a part-time / contractual basis.
 

Sandra Dee Barker - MD

Sandra Dee BarkerSANDRA BARKER is the Managing Director and has senior account responsibility for Human Resource services – personnel and industrial relations.

Ms Barker holds a Masters Degree in Business Administration, a BSc degree in Human Resource Management and has over 20 years’ experience in the Human Resource and Personnel field.

As MD she is responsible for over 200 contract workers located island wide.

Leonard (Peter) Moncrieffe - CFO

peter webLEONARD (PETER) MONCRIEFFE is the Chief Finance Officer with operational responsibility for the Accounting and Management Consultancy services. He holds a BSc Degree in Accounting and has over 20 years experience in Auditing and Finance.

Mr Moncrieffe’s experience spans diverse areas such as Food Industry; Information Technology and Financial services including Banking, Insurance, and Stock Brokering. He currently lectures Peachtree Accounting part time at National Development Foundation School of Business.
